In the past, Tulsa Scooters has hosted this Tulsa based scooter rally. The first rally was in 2005. “Get Your Kicks on Route 66″ Scooter Rally, was a one day event of rides and food. In 2006 the theme was “Rubber Soul” Scooter Rally. It was our first 3 day rally that was full of fun based around the Beatles music. So with that the music album themed scooter rally continued. 2007 ’s scooter rally proved to be a blast with a Pink Floyd theme, “Dark Side of the Scoot”. There was a very large turnout that year thanks to OKC and Kansas City scooter clubs. “Quadrophenia” was a lot of fun circling around The Who’s Mod vs. Rocker’s rock opera of the same name. Last year it was decided to go with a theme and name to keep forever. We are the dust bowl, we are Oklahomans, we thrive, so welcome to The Dust Bowl Weekend! This year, Tulsa Scooters decided it was time to give the rally to the area scooter clubs to ensure our rally encompasses the entire scooter community.
